A podcast about service design

with practitioners from around the world

From UX to Design Thinking and Systems Design, we cover a broad range of topics in personal and empowering stories.

Laurens Somers

Laurens is an enthusiastic Service Designer and UX Research expert. He graduated as a product developer in 2018 from the University of Antwerp and earned his first practical experience as a UX researcher at Monkeyshot working for a.o. Telenet, Argenta and the Flemish Government.

Currently, he’s working at Knight Moves as a Service Designer and UX Research lead tackling various challenges. His focus on the end-user is visible from start to finish, based on a deep knowledge of user & UX research methodologies. To make sure the right problem is also solved in a right way, he doesn’t shy away from UX architecture & design, creative facilitation and facilitated decision.

Besides his work you can find Laurens in his local climbing gym swinging from the ropes or on a terrace - in the sun - reading his next favourite book.
